Refunds and cancellation

SME Continuity £495 setup fee

The setup fee covers guided onboarding: the setup wizard, AI pre-fill, automatic domain checks and an iiwii review of your map within 5 working days of you marking setup complete. It is non-refundable once onboarding has started, which is when you first add information to your workspace. If you cancel before that, contact us and we will arrange a full refund of the setup fee.

SME Continuity £99 monthly fee

You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time from your account. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give refunds for part months.

£196 handover setup fee

The Key Person Continuity handover setup fee is non-refundable once your handover setup has started, which is when you first add information in the handover setup. If you cancel before you have started it, contact us and we will arrange a full refund of the setup fee.

£99 yearly fee

You can cancel the Key Person Continuity yearly renewal at any time from your account. Access runs to the end of the year you have paid for. We do not give refunds for part years.

How refunds are paid

Stripe is the merchant of record for iiwii payments and processes any refund to your original payment method. Your statutory rights are not affected.
