iiwii is provided by Cardiff Giant Ventures Ltd ("we", "us").
Who sells to you
Payments are sold and processed by Stripe as merchant of record through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe handles payment, any applicable VAT or sales tax, and your receipts and invoices. Your purchase is also subject to Stripe's own customer terms.
SME Continuity
SME Continuity costs a one-off £495 setup fee plus £99 a month, per workspace. Prices include any applicable VAT. Each client business an adviser manages is a separate workspace, billed separately.
- Guided onboarding (the £495 setup fee): you set up your workspace yourself with our setup wizard, AI pre-fill from descriptions or documents you choose to upload, and automatic domain checks. When you mark setup complete, an iiwii operator writes a review of your map, with findings and recommended next steps, and delivers it in your workspace within 5 working days. Onboarding does not include calls or meetings.
- Monthly: access to your workspace, including the iiwii Score, dependency map, unavailability simulations, recovery plans and M&A readiness view, plus monthly reviews and live continuity scores.
Key Person Continuity
Key Person Continuity costs £295 for the first year, made up of a one-off £196 handover setup fee and the first £99 yearly subscription, then £99 a year. Prices include any applicable VAT. It renews each year until you cancel. You can cancel the renewal at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the year you have paid for.
- It includes a guided handover setup that you complete yourself in the app, with no calls, a Handover Pack you can print or save as a PDF, read-only access for the trusted contacts you invite, and an annual review.
- It is planning support. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it is not a will, a lasting power of attorney or any other legal document. It gives your trusted contacts no legal authority.
- iiwii does not hold or release your documents or credentials. You record where documents are kept and who can recover access; never enter passwords, PINs or recovery codes.
- There is no automatic release on death or incapacity in this version. Trusted contacts can read your plan only when you give them access, and you can remove that access at any time.
- We suggest you also speak to a solicitor about your will, lasting power of attorney and shareholders' agreement.
What iiwii is and is not
iiwii records who and what your business depends on and calculates scores from that information using fixed, published rules. Scores and simulations reflect the information entered; they are not an audit, valuation, legal, financial or insurance advice. Recovery plans and simulations are records and what-if views. iiwii does not take actions in your systems, and it does not store passwords or credentials. Do not enter them.
Billing and cancellation
SME Continuity renews monthly and Key Person Continuity renews yearly, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. See our refund policy.
Your data
You own the information you put into your workspace. Only members of your workspace and our operators who write onboarding and periodic reviews can see it. See our privacy notice.
Data processing
When you record information about individuals in your workspace, such as your staff, contractors or advisers, you are the controller of that personal data and we process it on your behalf as your processor. We will:
- process it only to provide iiwii, on your documented instructions, which are these terms and your use of the service;
- ensure our operators are bound by confidentiality;
- use the sub-processors named in our privacy notice, currently Lovable and Supabase for hosting, database and authentication, and Stripe for payments, and tell you before adding or replacing one so you can object;
- keep appropriate security measures in place, including encryption in transit, database rules that isolate each workspace, and access limited to your workspace members and our operators;
- help you respond to requests from individuals, and tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your workspace;
- delete your workspace data within 30 days of your request, or 90 days after your subscription ends, and let you export it before then.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to record the information and for telling the individuals concerned. Do not record health information or other special category data about individuals.
Acceptable use
Use iiwii only for lawful business purposes and only with information you are entitled to share.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability in any 12 month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business value.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
